We are looking for a few homeowners to volunteer to help us plan our 2012 Canyon Trails-Unit 3 Community Picnic this fall! We had near unanimous feedback from last year's Community Picnic and homeowners asked for us to do it again this year!

If you would like to help on the Committee, or just volunteer to help during the Picnic this year, please email us and let us know right away!

We are excited to begin planning and organizing an event bigger and better Community Picnic this year and our first meeting will be held on Monday, May 14th at 6:00pm at the Copper Trails School Library on the 2nd floor.

Homeowners here in Canyon Trails - Unit 3 take great pride in the Community where you live!  This pride comes from the moment you drive into your neighborhood and see the careful attention to the common areas, the play parks and relaxing walking trails.

The Board of Directors join you in the vision to always ensure your Community makes you proud ... and you are always "Feeling Good to be Home!"

Mike & Kimberly King of the Canyon Trails-Unit 3 Community enjoy walking their pets early in the morning!

Kimberly is always diligent to keep her "doggie bags" close-by around her arm for quick "clean-up" of her pets!  This ensures it's an enjoyable walk for everyone!

Thank you, Mike & Kimberly, for always picking-up after your pets on your early morning walk of the trail system in Canyon Trails-Unit 3!

Early morning walkers enjoy seeing the sprinklers water the common areas during cooler temperatures of the day.

We hope you and your families enjoy the many green common areas throughout the Community!

The common areas and walking trails make the Community very unique and enjoyable!  We take seriously our commitment to you by ensuring the landscaping company carefully and meticulously cares for the Community.

We know your family and friends use these areas for many events and team games, so you can count on us to always make you proud!  We as your Association Management Team carefully inspect the common areas frequently and proactively, consistently make necessary irrigation repairs, trim the trees and shrubs and ensure proper pre/post emergent treatments are planned to minimize weeds in the common areas.
